Meet the team

The RSMA has a team of dedicated professionals responsible for delivery of a wide range of services in support of member companies. Each team member brings their own unique character and skill set to their role, whilst all are familiar with their requirements of each others job roles in order that they can provide a seamless service to members.

George Lee - Director

George Lee

George Lee has worked for RSMA since 1997, leading its growth into the largest specialist trade association in the Highways sector along with the development of the wide portfolio of support services the Association provides for its member companies.

George is responsible to the RSMA Board and the Association’s members for the operation of all aspects of the Association’s activities, the performance of team members and the financial strength of the organisation.

Beyond his overall management responsibility for the Association George also leads on representation issues for the Association lobbying and liaising with the broad range of local, national and international organisations that interface with the RSMA. He frequently presents on road marking and safety issues on behalf of the Association and the European Road Federation at international conferences.

As well as being a Member of the Institute of Directors, George has achieved his BA in Public Policy and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

Kevin Jackson - Operations Manager

Kevin JacksonKevin Jackson joined the Association in 2007 and brings with him extensive customer service and account management experience which is a feature of his role within the organisation. Kevin also has a BA (Hons) degree in Business Administration achieved in 2000.

Kevin is responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of association services focused primarily around training which can be delivered by our in house team or be sourced from a trusted association partner. Building and maintaining relationships with association members, suppliers and external bodies is an essential part of Kevin’s role within the association.


John Holmes - NVQ Co-ordinator and Internal Verifier

John joined the RSMA in 2007 and is responsible for the Co-Ordination of NVQ assessments

He brings to his role a wealth of training knowledge and expertise gained over thirty years training people in the Motor Vehicle and Construction Industry. John is able to deliver a wide range of training and course design for members and non member companies.

 



Alun Durbridge - NVQ Assessor

Alun Durbridge Alun is a fully qualified NVQ assessor who has been in the Road Marking Industry for over 20 years. Alan had been an assessor for the Road Building - Pavement Marking NVQ since the onset of the scheme in 2002.

 


 



Lorraine Crashley - Training Administrator and Director Support

Lorraine CrashleyLorraine has worked for the Road Safety Markings Association since 2006 and is responsible for the administration of the Road Marking Apprenticeship Scheme. She also manages the RSMA Training Brokerage aswell as providing administrative and diary support to the Director.

Lorraine is also involved in the running of the RSMA Annual Conference and marketing activities of the association.

Lorraine is currently studying for her BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies.



Sue Smith - NVQ Administrator

Add an image descriptionSue joined the RSMA in 2007 and is responsible for all the administration for the Road Marking NVQ from registrations through to certification. Sue's role also involves general office administration.

 

 

 


 

Jules Brown - Accounts Administrator

J Brown Jules joined the Association on 2007 and his role includes the administration of sales and purchase ledger, and all related financial activities.
